The standalone machine has a production capacity of up to 15,000 to 16,000 bottles per hour, capable of blowing 0.65L bottles.
With consistent gearing, it only takes 30 minutes to quickly change the mold when switching to a different bottle shape.
Fully electric servo structure, precise positioning, high-speed operation, and low energy consumption.
Equipped with a high-pressure gas recovery system, there is no need for the investment cost of a low-pressure air compressor. In unit time, about 25% of high-pressure gas can be recovered, which saves 11KW/hour of electricity consumption and conserves energy.
