The working principle of the whole system of the automatic plastic bottle blowing machine is relatively simple. Since only the stretching cylinder and the pre-blowing part need to be supplied, the installation structure is also very convenient. It is worth noting that the balance between the recovered gas volume and the gas consumption is balanced. Therefore, the relationship between supply and demand should be grasped when producing bottles with different volumes.
Although this system only supplies the recovered gas to the stretching and pre-blowing parts, which is a bit fly in the ointment, its investment is small (taking SBO10/14 as an example, it only needs about 20,000, depending on the price of accessories), its return is large (the annual cost saving is 16~200000), its independence is strong (the original gas supply system can be used in case of failure or other reasons), and its flexibility is high (installation is simple and convenient), it is very consistent with the basic principles of our technological transformation projects, making our products more competitive in the market.
When starting up and idling without blowing bottles, the low-pressure gas passes through the solenoid valve of the original pipeline to the stretching cylinder storage pipe. The recovery storage pipe and the stretching cylinder storage pipe are isolated by a one-way valve. There is no low-pressure gas in the recovery storage pipe. At this time, the whole stretching gas circuit system and the pre-blowing system remain in the original state before modification.
When the equipment starts to blow bottles, the high-pressure gas in the bottle enters the recovery storage pipe 6 through the three-way valve 10 exhaust pipe through the one-way valve 12. When enough gas is recovered after one round of operation of the equipment, the manual solenoid valve 1 is used to close the original stretched low-pressure intake and pre-blowing intake pipes. At this time, the stretched cylinder and pre-blowing gas are supplied by the recovery storage pipe. Due to the different volumes of the bottles (0.6L, 1.25L, we can properly open the exhaust valve 9 to discharge the excess gas from the muffler to maintain the balance between the recovered gas and the consumed gas. If there is still residual gas in the recovered gas storage pipe, it will be discharged through the 15bar safety valve 4. Therefore, the safety valve must have sufficient flow to discharge the excess gas. When bottle blowing is stopped, the manual solenoid valve will be opened to supply gas from the original low pressure and pre-blowing pipe lines.
