Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the development of equipment maintenance plan and the implementation of daily maintenance, to ensure the safety, quality, capacity and utilization of equipment and process to achieve the best.

2. Responsible for supervision and control to ensure the smooth, efficient and safe operation of the equipment.

3. Responsible for data recording and analysis, find and solve possible problems.

4. Responsible for quality control to ensure that the quality of PET plastic bottles produced meets the standards.

5. Participate in new product development and improvement, cooperate with the team to participate in new product test and determine the best process parameters, identify product and mold defects and improve them.

6. Other work matters.

Qualifications:

1. Secondary specialized school degree or above, major in plastic mold, injection molding or mechanical and electrical integration;

2. Have more than 3 years experience in bottle blowing machine debugging, understand injection blowing, injection blowing, two-step method, PET bottle blowing;

3. With food, cosmetics or daily necessities blow molding experience;

4. Proficient in extrusion blowing molding principle and process flow, quickly solve the quality problems in production;

5. Good communication and team spirit.
